验货开始时，天由与客方联系业务，验货小组及验货部经理一同出差至工厂，按排验货流程，确认工厂实际大货的验货标准。如客方在场的情况下，对于不确认的标准进行协商确认。如客户不在场的情况下现场拍下要确认项目内容的图片，立即现场由业务人员邮件发送给客户确认。并电话联系说明详细情况，等待客方确认结果，指示。确认现场验货顺畅后，担当业务及验货部经理方可返回公司。
