所审核审计的工厂涉及到医药，食品，化工，汽配，电子，机械以及普通商品等领域，为客人提供客观、、科学的供应商的实地考查审核评估报告及意见。

1. Visual Inspection

2. Accessory Check
Included Items: Verify that all accessories listed in the packaging (e.g., power cords, user manuals, warranty cards) are present and accounted for.
Label Verification: Ensure the labels match the order specifications, including model number, capacity, and production date.
3. Physical Connection Test
Port Connection: Connect the power supply to its respective ports and devices to ensure all connections are secure and functional, with no loose or faulty connections.
4. Functional Testing
Power-On Test: Press the power button to confirm that the unit powers on correctly. Look for any error indicators or unusual behavior.
Load Test: Connect a device to the power supply and check whether it can provide consistent power. Observe how quickly the power supply transitions to battery power and whether there is any abnormal noise.
Battery Life Test: Run the power supply under load to assess battery life and see if it meets the manufacturer's specifications.
Charging Test: Plug the power supply into a charger to ensure it charges correctly, with the charging indicator functioning as expected.
5. Safety Check
Temperature Check: Monitor the temperature of the unit during operation to ensure it does not overheat.
Protection Features: Test any built-in safety features, such as overcharge protection, short circuit protection, and overload protection, to confirm they work correctly.
6. Documentation Review
Quality Control Report: Review the accompanying quality control documents to ensure the unit has passed all required inspections and certifications.
