主营验货商品及验货方式：
1．全数检查：即每一个商品都检查。主要为出口日本市场的商品。
全检方式分两种：
A。出差全检（QC到生产工厂进行检查）
B。纳入检品（将货物及包材运至我司进行检查，包装，装柜出货）
3、驻厂跟单：即生产刚开始时，我司按排人员长期驻厂跟进生产进度，各工序生产，品质，异常情况确认。
初期验货(IPI)：在产品开始生产并达到10%时，我们会严格按照客商的指引认真规范地检查所有生产物料、配件及生产方式等，并认真把大生产的产品与所持客户确认样板进行验证,确保生产出来的产品与样板相符!在这一阶段,我们向客户确保产产品与样板一致及生产方式的正确性
中期验货(DPI)：在产品生产达到60%并开始安排包装时，我们的检查员会随意从半成品和已包装好的部份成品中抽取样本来检查和做有关的详细测试,及时发现识别早期问题,以免造成大量不良品的继续生产，并建议有效的改善措施并及时反馈给客户.在这一阶段,我们会及早发现问题并提出改良方案,预知工厂生产的效率和完成的时间.
末期验货(FRI)：当产品全部生产完毕并已经包装好80%成以上时,我们的检查员会严格按照统计抽样标准ANSI/ASQC2 1.4C MIL.STD-105E抽取样品,检查产品的包装方法、数量，详细检查产品的外观.功能及有关的测试,是否符合客户的要求和与确认样板是否一致，在这一阶段,我们对整批货作出总体的评估,确保整批产品的质量，以免不良品流到客户的手上，并及时通知客户安排货期或处理方法.
4、驻厂检验：全程质量控制，为了避免大的和长期的订单因质量或货期而受到影响，我们将会派QC常驻工厂进行全程跟踪检验，从生产开始进料，中期生产，到后出货，使质量和货期得到保证。
5、全检验货：如果产品价格较高且质量要求十分严格，将会进行全检，每个产品经过我们检验员的检查，你将会大大的降低了风险。
6、货柜监装(Loading)：本公司的检验人员会身处装货现场,实地地对货柜的完好.所装物品及数量、标签、和包装材料是否和订单要求一致在装柜过程中产品有无损坏及数量不足等，确保符合客户*的要求,并现场拍摄相关的图片作为实证.
